RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your new items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from date of purchase to exchange or return. You may exchange or return the item(s) for STORE CREDIT ONLY redeemable at our retail store or at www.ohbabystp.com.

As a small business, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged. 

EXCHANGES- All items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for an exchange. 

  • Within 14 days of purchase
  • unworn and unwashed
  • in the same condition as received with the original tags still attached
  • Exchanged orders are final and not eligible for further return or exchange. 

Please understand that we are a small business. Our products are constantly changing due to the amount of quantity. Because of this, we only accept returns, from in-store, within 14 days for STORE CREDIT only, that can be used both in store & online.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, pacifiers, teethers or personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
